Questions, answered
Every helper uploads their CNIC and it is reviewed manually by our team before their profile goes live. Unverified profiles never appear in search results, and we suspend anyone whose documents do not match.
We authorise your card the moment you book, which reserves the amount without taking it. The payment is only captured once the helper marks the job complete. If they decline or do not turn up, the authorisation is released.
Cancelling more than 24 hours before the start time costs nothing and the authorisation is released in full. Inside that window a portion may be retained to compensate the helper for the reserved slot.
Yes. Set a booking to repeat weekly or fortnightly and we will hold the same helper and slot for you, up to 52 occurrences.
Raise a dispute from the booking in the app. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides and can refund you in part or in full. Payment stays with us until a dispute is resolved.
